Treatment

At first my idea was to create roughly fifteen dresses, no accessories, no shoes just dresses but i decided this was way too much work to take knowing the time we had it and after knowing its a third of the grade and not more. My idea now that i am deffinatly settleing on is to make four dresses with accessories to match such as shoes and and bags. I want each outfit to connect to the next one but i want them all to be very inividual and spectacular. One key part of my designs is i want them to fit in with the key trends like block coloring and fringing so that maybe they could be seen to fit in, in the fashion world. My first dress that has being the most exciting one to design and put ideas together is the one i intend on creating based one condom wrappers; i am going to base this on a dress that is already made from the highstreet and then attach each wrapper to create a block color effect for example the top half in orange and the rest in navy blue to show a strong contrast. I am going to make this a lot more intresting by adding a bag and pair of heels both with diamontes covering them, also the basic product bought from the high street with the detail added by me. My second dress will be already in tack and i am going to add the detail with layers of feathers creating a brand new look! I will match this up with accessories detailed with buttons of all shapes, sizes and colours; giving it this seasons look. One huge thing that has hit the majority of fashion houses is fringing and i new i deffinatly wanted to add this in to mine; so i'm going to make a dress from caset tape, layer by layer, based yet again on another dress like all of my peices. This will be paired with acessories made from bottle tops. My collection wouldn't be complete without a newspaper dress, although this has being done before i'm going to give it a vintage look by dipping the paper in tea bags. To top it off i'm going to make ribbon accessories. I am very happy with my ideas and i'm eager to succeed in this!
